Thank you for supporting Artisan Soap Shop. We take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted products and educational resources. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, templates, guides, toolkits, online courses, and other downloadable resources are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered.
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
IN-PERSON SOAP MAKING CLASSES
Class cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another available class.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable. However, a transfer to another class date may be offered at our discretion.
No-shows are non-refundable.
ONLINE CLASSES & MEMBERSHIPS
Refund requests for online classes or memberships must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before any class materials, recordings, downloads, or member-only content have been accessed.
Once access has been provided or content has been accessed, refunds are not available.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unused products in their original, unopened packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be received in their original condition before a refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Opened, used, altered, damaged, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

All Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and typically take 4-7 business days to arrive. There is no international shipping at this time.
USPS DELAYS:
Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.
Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final. If you are unhappy with a purchase please complete my contact me form (email) with your concerns within 14 days of receiving your item.
All emails will get a response within 24-48 hours.
